About the project

139 Greys Avenue, will be the largest single building social
housing complex in the country. Consisting of three towers
linked by a central podium and accommodating 276
apartments, with at least 200 retained as social housing, the
building will provide wrap around support services that will be
accessible to tenants and the wider community including
medical rooms, commercial kitchen, computer room,
communal laundry and dining.

Main work involves intumescent coating to over 13000m2 of
steel structure and industrial coating.

Greys Avenue incorporates significant local iwi Ngāti Whatua
Ōrākei cultural design elements within the architecture,
interior, and landscape design.
