About the project

A 21 level office building located in Brisbane’s Southbank precinct. The office component comprises 24,000 m2 of PCA A Grade office space and there is 3,000 m2 of retail and restaurant areas on the ground floor. There is an integrated fit out for Flight Centre for the entire office space. The building is 5 Star Green Star Office Design v.3 and As Built rating and a 4.5 star NABERS target.
